India has got talent: Khoj not required.
Well, I am not talking about any reality show. I am talking about a great talent with which people of the city are gifted. Even though we are surrounded by many such talented people, our eyes hardly notice it. Now without creating much suspense let me unveil what I am talking about… I am talking about great vehicle driving skills of people.

I am saying this neither in taunt nor in exaggeration. Everyday I see people driving with such mesmerizing skills for which they themselves are innocently unaware. Otherwise for an ordinary person like me, when signal shows me a green light and when Crores (HA… KARODO) of horns are blasting into your ears, receiving a phone call is something far beyond my capability. But everyday I see so many doing it in a completely effortless manner.
No matter how much the traffic density is; people find their way easily from the thinnest possible spaces. On two-wheeler they can easily carry 4 persons at a time. Even better are the car drivers. They can discuss about stock market, don’t tie their seat belt, cross the road even in yellow signal. Cross-roads are anyway the best place to show your driving talent. Some heroes can cross the road even when only the opposite side is allowed to move. And they feel even more proud when traffic police fails to catch them (if at all they try to :-P ).
But the award for the greatest talent in the category goes to none other than AMTS bus drivers. On a road full with small two-wheelers, a bus looks like a big blue whale in the sea from which all small fishes (poor us) have to be constantly afraid. You will never come to know when they will change their mind and from where they will take turn. So is the case with auto-rikshaw drivers.
Don’t you think such a talent requires standing applaud? Ok, stand for a while and also think about poor fellows like us, who are still not talented enough, still don’t drive at a swift speed, can’t talk on mobiles while driving. Be little careful and stop dreading us. :-P
